About Nocturyl

Nocturyl exists because the magnesium aisle is full of bottles that won't tell you what's in them.

Nocturyl makes one product. It's a three-form magnesium designed for women in midlife who fall asleep without trouble and then find themselves awake at three in the morning — heart going, mind running, hours before the alarm.

That's a specific problem, and most of the sleep aisle isn't built for it. Sedatives, melatonin and antihistamines work on falling asleep, which is the half of the night that was never broken.

Magnesium glycinate as the hero, because it's absorbed through the amino acid pathway and can be taken every night without consequence. Magnesium malate for the next-day half — the energy, the muscle comfort, the fog. And a deliberately small dose of citrate, around 50mg elemental, kept far below the amount that sends people to the bathroom.

250mg of elemental magnesium per serving, printed on the label in elemental terms rather than compound weight. 1 to 2 capusles per night, 90 per pouch, thirty nights. No proprietary blend.

We tell you it takes two to four weeks, because it does. We tell you the effect is modest, because the trial that studied this dose said so. We tell you what it won't do before we tell you what it will.

That isn't modesty. It's that this product is bought by women who have already been sold three things that promised more and delivered nothing, and who can spot the difference between a claim and a fact from across the room.

No countdown timers. No manufactured stock shortages. No reviews quietly removed for being unflattering. No claims that a mineral treats a medical condition, because it doesn't and saying otherwise would be both illegal and insulting.
