How long it takes
Most orders arrive in about 7 days. The fastest we've seen is 4. The slowest is around 11. We'd rather give you the honest range than quote you the best case and let you find out.
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves. If the tracking hasn't moved in a few days, write to us — that's usually the first sign something's gone wrong and we'd rather hear about it early.
Priority shipping
Available at checkout for $5. It moves you to the front of the queue and typically lands at the shorter end of that range.

If it arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all
Tell us and we'll send a replacement. No photographs, no forms, no arguing about who's at fault with the courier — that's our problem, not yours.
REFUNDS
The short version
You have 30 days from delivery. If it hasn't worked, email us and we'll refund what you paid. Keep the pouch.
Why there's nothing to send back
We don't do returns, and that isn't a restriction — it's the opposite. There's no shipping label to print, no package to drop off, and nothing to post at your own expense. The pouch stays with you whether it's half full or nearly finished. We can't resell an opened supplement and we wouldn't want to, so asking you to mail it back would only cost you a trip to the post office.
Why 30 days
Because that's how long it takes to know. This isn't a sedative and it doesn't work the first night. Week one is quiet, most people notice something in weeks two or three, and by night thirty you have a real answer. One pouch is exactly thirty nights — which means the guarantee covers the full trial, not a fraction of it.
Take it every night for the month. If the 3AM wake-ups aren't shorter, aren't rarer, or nothing has changed at all, that's what the guarantee is for.
How to get one
Go to the contact page, tell us your order number and that you'd like a refund. That's the whole process.
We don't ask you to prove you took it. We don't ask you to fill in a form or answer a survey. Nobody will try to talk you into a different flavour or a discount to stay. One message, and we refund the card you paid with.
How long refunds take
We process them within 1 to 3 Business days. Your bank usually takes another 3 to 5 to show it.
